Mugithi singer Lawrence Njuguna alias DJ Fatxo has lamented that his life is in Danger and that he is receiving unfair treatment even after he was cleared in Jeff Mwathi's Death Investigations.
The DJ who was in the company of his friends arrived at his Kasarani Apartment at around 7pm and the management denied him access leaving him stranded.
His apartment had been closed as the investigations on Jeff's Death took place. His attempt to access the apartment bore no fruits and he was outside from 7pm till midnight when he decided to leave.
In a video captured by SPM Buzz, Fatxo said the treatment was unfair and his life is in Danger.
"I'm tired of all this conflict. I'm a God-fearing person. We have a law and I think when it gets to this point, somebody should be guided. I don't want all this drama. I feel my life is threatened and still somebody is keeping me out of my house from 7 pm to midnight. It is not fair to me."
Last week, DJ Fatxo was acquitted of murder charges in Jeff Mwathi's Death Investigations.
According to Fatxo's lawyer Duncan Okatch, the office of the Director of Public Prosecution agreed with the recommendations from the DCI which found no evidence linking the musician to Jeff's Death.
